Provide them training (technical) and a bit entrepreneurial and help them to build a small scale solar business to support his community. And at the same time build a localized tech hub center where poeple can share and learn using the latest computers, smart boards and books.
Africa has the potential to be one of the fastest growing economies in the world. And this is a great investment for any one.
